5.2 Deposits. 5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. These are target processing times and are not contractually guaranteed. In compliance with applicable law, 680k may report transactions to relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.
5.5 680k does not charge transaction fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own fees, which are outside 680k's control.
6.1 680k offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, referral bonuses, and tournament prizes (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal. 7.2 Sports Betting. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed on the Platform, the odds at time of acceptance apply. In-play odds update in real time and the accepted odds for any in-play bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance.
7.3 Void Bets. 680k reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest pricing errors; corruption or integrity issues in the underlying event; technical failure affecting bet acceptance systems; or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to the User's Account as the original stake amount.
7.4 Maximum Payout Limits. All games and betting markets are subject to maximum payout limits, which are detailed in the relevant game or market rules. Where a calculated payout would exceed the applicable maximum, only the maximum amount will be paid.
7.5 The minimum and maximum bet limits per game type and market are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted by 680k at any time without notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 680k platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

13.1 These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, scope, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 The parties shall endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably through 680k's customer support process in the first instance. Users are encouraged to raise any complaint via the live chat support function, which is available 24/7 in English and Filipino (Tagalog).
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction.
13.4 Nothing in this clause limits any rights a User may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14.1 680k reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 680k will notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number on record, and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the amendment taking effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by applicable regulation or by urgent operational or security considerations.
14.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
14.3 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
